Abstract:
|
|
In this presentation, Dr. Christensen will talk about his sunfreeware.com web site and
how it works. Sunfreeware serves over 400,000 Solaris users in more
than fifty countries providing packages for Solaris 2.5-10 and higher.
He will go into some detail about why he started the project and what
the difficulties -- as well as the joys -- of running such a site are.
Other projects he does for Sun and others will also be discussed.
